Thank you for joining me for Level 1 of the Self-Trust and Integrated Resilience (STAIR) Method Training.
It’s been incredible to witness how this approach is helping therapists like you create more integrative spaces where clients can develop self-trust and tap into their natural resilience.
Now, I’d love to invite you to take the next step with STAIR Level 2—a deeper exploration into the power of implicit memory systems, experiential work, and transformational therapeutic spaces.
In the STAIR Method Level 2 Training, we’ll go further into the heart of what makes this approach so impactful:
As you already know, the STAIR framework is more than a set of techniques—it’s a way of interweaving all of your work into a framework that supports your well-being as a therapist while supporting change that leads to more self-trust and resiliency for your clients. In Level 2, we refine and expand your integrative toolbox so you can support even deeper healing and transformation.
I would love for you to continue this journey with me and with a community of clinicians who are passionate about making therapy more effective, meaningful, and attuned to the complexity of the human experience.
Join me for the STAIR Method Level 2 Training, and let’s keep growing together.
Warmly,
And Academy of Therapy Wisdom

In this module, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of how memory works and how to support memory reconsolidation—the natural process that allows clients to shift deeply embedded emotional learnings. You’ll explore the role of implicit memory, how it shapes present-day experiences, and how to use targeted interventions to facilitate lasting change. Through experiential practice, you’ll learn how to recognize emotional knowings, identify symptom deprivation opportunities, and work with body-based sensations to unlock and reshape entrenched patterns.
You will learn:
This module dives deeper into how memory reconsolidation operates across different brain regions and how to tailor interventions to match the brain’s BASIC languages—Behavior, Affect, Sensation, Image, and Cognition. You’ll explore how subjective mismatches create opportunities for transformation and how to guide clients through the repetition process necessary for lasting change. Through clinical demonstrations and guided practice, you’ll refine your ability to recognize emotional knowings in the language of each neural network to activate the brain’s innate capacity for healing.
You will learn:
Attachment wounds are often deeply encoded in implicit memory, making them harder to access with traditional talk therapy. In this module, you’ll learn how to recognize and work with attachment-based emotional knowings, helping clients reprocess early relational patterns and create new expectations for connection. You’ll also explore pre-verbal emotional learning, gaining tools to work with clients who struggle to articulate their relational experiences.
You will learn:
Parts work is a powerful way to access emotional knowing. In order to support reconsolidation experiences clinically, you will be helped by going beyond identifying a part and building relationship with that part. This module takes you beyond the basics, showing you how to hold multiple parts simultaneously, work with parts that lack kindness, and use spatial play to engage the hippocampus in healing. Through guided practice, you’ll develop greater confidence in slowing down, asking creative questions, and deepening client awareness of their internal system.
You will learn:
Deep healing happens in relationship. In this module, you’ll explore how to undo aloneness in therapy by strengthening your own therapeutic presence through the PONS framework (Power, Of-courseness, Not-knowing, and Self). You’ll also refine your containing boundary practice, learning how to regulate your presence so that you meet your clients in ways that align with the needs of their system. Finally, you’ll examine how your own emotional knowings around power, self-kindness, coherence and uncertainty shape your work—and how to use that awareness to create a more attuned and effective therapeutic space.
You will learn:
Each module builds on the last, giving you the clinical skills and experiential tools needed to create profound, lasting shifts in your clients.

Jules Taylor Shore, LMFT, LPC, SEP, is a therapist, author, and teacher who is creating spaces where people can move into more self-compassion, self-trust, empowerment, and integrity. She regularly teaches and speaks to people from all around the world and translates new understandings in neurobiology into practices that can support brain change.
She came into the therapy world as a client who argued that feelings didn’t matter only to find herself all these years later having followed neuroscience to the obvious conclusion: we are really feeling and meaning making beings driven by our interdependence. She believes that embracing that reality is key to finding purpose and deep joy.
She is the author of Setting Boundaries that Stick: How Neurobiology Can Help You Rewire Your Brain to Feel Safe, Connected and Empowered. She is an associate Instructor with the Coherence Institute and a core faculty member with Therapy Wisdom.
She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, Adam, their daughter, Stella, and their rescue pointer mix, Layla and is welcoming a new sweet addition to the family, a cavapoo named Maggie May. When she isn’t thinking about therapy or reading the latest neurobiology research, she can be found watching the British Baking Show while creating art shoes for her dear friends.
We are confident you will learn new skills in this online training. However, if 7 days after the first live call (or 7 days after purchase, whichever is later), you don’t believe you will learn anything to apply with your clients, please contact our support team at support@therapywisdom.com and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.
Here’s What Others are Saying About Self-Trust and Integrated Resilience
“STAIR is an organizing system for your careworker toolbox. Learning from Jules…has transformed my work. I am a far more effective coach and a far better human in general because of my work with her. What I love best about STAIR is that it works with so many modalities and perspectives.”
-Libby Sinback, relationship coach, podcast host of Making Polyamory Work, Atlanta, GA
“As a Black Practitioner from the Global South, I have been blessed by this model. I can sit with the principles of this work in truly liberatory practice, as this work does not seek to wed clients to any outcome or modality. It accommodates their self-trust, which is the essence of emancipatory practice with marginalized people.”
-Anonymous
“This training is the best money I have ever spent on professional growth. I was not overwhelmed from the beginning with my thoughts of ‘How am I going to learn all of this? How do I even start to put this into practice? How do I shift what I’m currently learning to do ‘this’ instead?’ This framework helps me conceptualize and organize my skills like nothing else ever has….As an added benefit, this training has allowed shifts in me as a person, wife, and mother as well.”
– Vickey Easa, LICSW, Norwood MA
“Jules has brilliantly crafted a way to work with the best pieces of multiple models and deliver therapy with intention, precision and art. This is what I was longing for and I can’t imagine turning away from this way of seeing things. This is not a new skills set, this is a transformation from the inside out.”
– Kat Elrod, LPC
“At a time when there are dozens of different trauma treatments, our field is in desperate need of a way to integrate them and at the same time tie in the latest neuroscience. The STAIR method achieves this beautifully, offering respectful practices steeped in equal parts compassion and brain science, honoring each clients’ inner wisdom and innate capacity to heal. Juliane Taylor Shore models an effective, clear and power/with approach that will transform both your own life and your clients lives too. I cannot recommend this training enough!!”
– Terri Delaney, LICSW, SEP in private practice in Minneapolis, MN
“STAIR is something brand new in the busy and often contradictory world of trauma-informed therapy. This framework teaches you how to hold each client with deep acceptance without losing sight of your treatment plan. The more I understand the process underlying why therapies work, the less pressure I feel to fit a client into a modality and the more freedom I feel to craft the therapy to fit the client.”
– Rebecca Pancoast, LPC, Austin Texas
You’ve built the foundation with STAIR Level 1—now, STAIR Level 2 will give you the advanced skills, deeper clinical confidence, and integrative tools to create even more profound, lasting change for your clients.
