Deirdre Fay, MSW
It’s incredibly likely that you’re seeing the impact of insecure attachment in your clients. And while you might understand attachment theory intellectually, it can be hard to facilitate real change for your clients with deeply ingrained relational habits.
Typical attachment intervention techniques can often fall short — remaining way too cerebral without embodiment.
This can leave your client gaining insights throughout your sessions, but still feeling like their sense of inner security is untouched.
Deirdre Fay’s integrative, embodied approach is the missing ingredient that makes attachment work transformative for you and your clients. She draws from diverse modalities such as mindfulness, sensorimotor therapy, and even yogic psychology to help clients feel secure from the inside out.
This combination of modalities and focus on the whole self allows you to help your clients rewrite their attachment patterns at the deepest levels.
Deirdre is renowned for translating Eastern yogic principles into psychotherapeutic techniques that bring attachment theory to life in new ways.
Her clinical toolbox of triggers, time capsules, and granularity can catalyze transformation in new ways to help you…
- Calm protest behaviors and repair ruptures
