Tian Dayton, PhD
Dear Therapist
Are their past traumas hijacking their present happiness?
Are they repeating dysfunctional behavior patterns in their relationships today that got started years ago?
You want to help your clients, but you’re not making enough progress….
You’re not alone.
Trauma therapists often feel helpless watching clients repeat dysfunctional attachment patterns forged long ago.
We know talk therapy alone cannot penetrate these internal states that hold so much of the information that makes us who we are and drives what we do.
Yet many therapists lack the understanding to guide clients into direct, embodied experiences that transform trauma at its roots.
That ends now.
magine attending to a nervous new client. As Maria shares about the childhood wounds that still feel raw, you feel the familiar helplessness rising. You know talk alone often cannot salve these deep hurts that still hijack Maria’s happiness today.
If only you had more tools to offer real transformation….
Now, imagine guiding Maria through embodied exercises that finally allow her to safely revisit and release that heavy past. She writes a letter to her heartbroken 8-year-old self and reads it aloud through tears.
The grief she’d bottled up for decades pours out, followed by a new sense of peace. At the end of the session, Maria thanks you for helping her to put into words what she has carried so long in silence.
In her newest course, Dr. Tian Dayton, PhD, reveals how to facilitate sociometrics, psychodrama, and experiential techniques that help clients give voice to their inner world in a way that allows them to make sense out of what has felt senseless.

Through her own journey, Tian found healing in role play and psychodrama. She saw how embodied methods can unlock trauma’s grip when talk therapy fails.
Tian studied under pioneering psycho-dramatist Zerka Moreno. She earned her PhD in clinical psychology and is a board-certified trainer in psychodrama, sociometry, and group psychotherapy.
Since then, she’s made it her mission to train other therapists in these cutting-edge techniques.
Tian is the author of Treating Adult Children of Relational Trauma, Adult Children of Alcoholics Workbook, Sociometrics, Emotional Sobriety, The Soulful Journey of Recovery, Trauma and Addiction, and Forgiving and Moving On.
